Is buying online safe?
Yes! Mush.City is like the superhero of shopping websites! It uses HTTPS and SSL tech to keep your shopping spree secret and safe, so you can splurge with confidence and enjoy your online retail therapy.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes! To make sure you start collecting MC Coins right from the get-go, we require all customers to create an account before ordering.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on all the items you desire and proceed through the checkout. Some items may require you to choose a variation (such as a flavour or weight) before they can be added to your cart.
During the checkout, you’ll need to provide your shipping info if it’s your first order. You can also change the shipping info if your location is different from the last time.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is $50 not including the delivery fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash is king, and that’s all we accept at the moment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes! As long as your order is still processing, simply cancel your order and place a new one. Once your trusty courier is beelining towards you with your package, it’s game over for any changes or cancellations. For obvious reasons, of course!
Refunds and Returns
Can I get a refund after my order has arrived?
Sure thing, if there’s been a mix-up. But if your goodies have arrived just as you ordered them and you’re now having second thoughts… well, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund. It’s a bit like ordering a pizza and then deciding you’re not in the mood for cheese!
Can I get my money back for a subpar product?
At Mush City, we’re all about making sure you’re thrilled with your purchase. If our product didn’t hit the mark, don’t fret! You can get an exchange or refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as about 90% of it is still intact. Just snap a photo and our sales operators will zip over to verify.
If less than 90% is left, we’re still keen to help! You can swap it or get a refund, but you’ll have to top up the difference. For example, if there’s only 70% left, we’d need you to fork over an extra 30% of the purchase price for a swanky new item. Or, we’ll give you back 70% of your total if you return it.

What shipping methods are available?
Mush City offers same-day and next-day delivery by courier in the Greater Barrie Area and the northern parts of York Region. This includes, but not limited to the following towns and cities:

- Bradford / West Gwillimbury
- Barrie
- East Gwillimbury
- Georgina
- Innisfil
- Keswick
- Midhurst
- Newmarket
- Sutton
If you’re a customer in the GTA area such as Toronto or Brampton, we can arrange a special delivery to you. Just place your order and we’ll connect with you to arrange your delivery. Our delivery area primarily encompasses the 400 and 404, with Barrie and Aurora serving as the northern and southern boundaries, respectively. We have established two additional delivery zones to cater to the burgeoning communities in Angus and the towns along Highway 90. On the east side, we deliver between Keswick and Sutton, with Ravenshoe and Highway 48 marking the southern and eastern boundaries of this eastern delivery zone.

How long will it take to get my package from Mush City?
For local deliveries, Mush City will deliver your package within a few hours after you place your order. Yep, Mush City is that fast. If Mush City cannot fulfill the order on the same day, we’ll contact you via text or email. If you place your order by mid-afternoon, your order will very likely arrive the same day. Orders placed in the evening may still arrive on the same day, but you’ll want to keep your eyes on your phone/email just in case.
What are the shipping fees?
For local deliveries, delivery fee is $15 for orders under $100, and FREE for orders $100 or more (after discounts).

No, a $15 delivery fee will still apply if you’re below the $100 Free Shipping threshold.
